Hypertransport Bus Support Package for TLA7xx Logic Analyzers
Overview
Support consists of a set of probes to connect the target to the preprocessor (PP),
a preprocessor unit to precondition and logically filter the signals for the logic
analyzer, and disassembly and other support software to facilitate viewing the captured
data and controlling the parameters of capture.

- Preprocessor monitors HT reset protocol to identify bit-time 0; performs data alignment,

- Preprocessor supports triggering based on packet field comparisons

- Bi-directional link support includes cross-trigger for query-response correlation
- HT Periodic CRC calculation performed in real-time; trigger-on-CRC-error provided
- Disassembly identifies HT packets and packet field values
- PP Test pattern for self-test from probe tip through the LA
- "Link Good" LED for verifying connectivity

One Preprocessor assembly can contain one or two PP Modules. Each PPModule requires
one 136-channel LA module 7AA4 with 450 MHz State Option Each PP module comes with
the necessary P6880 or P6980 probe set and backend cable. Users do not need to purchase
additional logic analyzer probes.
